The property was close to the city centre and the triple room was spacious with a big tv screen and decent facilities. The common area on 1st floor was good as well.

The parking was steep and narrow. Also I had booked the deluxe triple room for my parents but we did not get a room on the ground floor. The stairs to 1st floor were not ideal for elderly people.

Room was very dark. The sheets were stained. The staff would not assist us to book a ticket when our train got cancelled. There was no restaurant and the menu they gave you, many things were not available to order.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Food wasn’t the best but fine for easiness. Window view was a wall which people kept walking directly past.

Nice location, not too far from the bus stand, filtered water available from a machine. Staff is helpful with questions

Not much sound proofing, can hear everything including the reception phone ringing in the middle of the night. Also the sheets had some weird stains on them (grease?) and hairs on them, made me wondering they were washed properly

Cleanliness was excellent. Good food.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing exceptional. The staff is good, very friendly and accommodating and helpful.

The steep driveway to the hotel is not good at all. You have to be an exceptional driver to make it down and out. It was also quite difficult to locate the hotel. Waze couldn't find it. We had to use 'share location' to get there.

Good room service. Polite staff.
