Amazing Staff

Room are too small and not worth for money. Also, it was not clean and there were lot of mosquito.. Its more like 2 bhk where 2 3 familes are staying in each bedroom

Staff was very obedient.

The wash room door was not getting closed properly. The room was very small. It will take almost 30 minutes to get hot water coming from the Geiser

My recent stay at this hotel in Ooty was nothing short of delightful. The ambiance made it feel like a home away from home, which was especially comforting. One standout feature was their policy of allowing outside food, which added to the convenience of the stay.Another highlight was the proximity to Hyderabad Biryani House, just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for delicious meals. Additionally, Swiggy delivery service extended to the hotel, offering plenty of dining options. The staff were exceptionally well-behaved and attentive. They promptly addressed all our needs, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout our stay. Overall, my experience was highly positive. The combination of a homely atmosphere, flexibility with dining options, and exceptional service from the staff made this stay memorable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone with family/couple visiting Ooty.

The parking situation, though on a slope, was managed efficiently by the helpful staff who assisted with parking, showcasing their excellent driving skills.
