The room was very clean, simple balcony, location is good,...

Bedsheets seemed not clean, hair, marks, no basic stuff, like soap, toilette tissue,.. no internet,.. Incredibly lot of papers to fill in, even our passports were anyway photocopied. l think with not a lot of effort, it would be possible to improve this hotel 😍😍😍

Though there was a mix-up with the booking and they didn't have the rooms we required , they were able to fit us in for a night. Also we had requested for 2, but they could only give us one. It was a non AC room against the AC one we had asked for, but given the busy period of the year, I am very grateful to them for accommodating my family, especially my elder mum and child.

Hot water is available only for three hours in the early morning hours. Do be mindful of that , if you are not a cold shower person.

Very nice staff, and nice rooms.

Conveniently located, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and working a/c!

The only way to reduce a/c appears to be to shut it off
