I didn't like - It is truly astonishing that this hotel would fail to provide such a fundamental necessity. In my experience, every hotel, regardless of its location or rating, offers drinking water to its guests.

The practice of refilling used plastic bottles with cooler water and storing them in the refrigerator is both unsanitary and disrespectful to guests. This is a serious health concern and a clear violation of basic hygiene standards.
