The location of this property is the only value add as it is right next to the beach and a secluded place. The restaurant has good food.

The restaurant lacks cleanliness as the dogs are always sitting on the chairs. The worst part is the staff (mainly the reception lady) who does not care of their guests. While leaving there was a miscommunication on the rental bikes and she wasnt ready to even talk nicely, rather was just arguing. The rooms are not at all good, we had rats running around the roof every night which was totally unpleasant, they would only do a room service after asking a few times

We really enjoyed our relaxing couple nights at Royal Agonda. It is at the quieter south end of Agonda beach, so more peaceful than other parts. There is also an amazing restaurant right next to the huts, which serves tasty multi-cuisine food all day. The guy who owns the restaurant and huts is very welcoming and his 11 friendly pet dogs roam freely around the area too. Not as fancy as other places on the beach but good value for half the price of those, especially if you plan to spend most of the day outside!

Electric cuts out a lot for a few minutes each time. Curtains are thin so it’s quite light in the room all night. Door has minimal security when inside the room. There is padlock when you leave but only a thin latch that could be opened by the small gap between the doors when inside. Room is nice but bathroom could do with nicer tiles and a bit more decor.

The property is located 100 meters from the beach. Big rooms with spacious bathroom. Manshi was very helpful.

Aseem the host is the friendliest pal you'll hope to make. Plus the restaurant especially the tiramisu is out of the world. Plus the cleanest beach youll see in South goa

The power situation in a premature summer can make indoors uncomfortable due to the AC not able to.cool Max but post sundown it's a breeze.

The staff were awesome, very convenient location right on the beach and also easy to get to shops and restaurants. Rooms were basic but very cool
