Very close to the beach! The Staff was just amazing!

The location was amazing and the food at the serene by the sea was mind blowing. The rooms are quite big with huge bathrooms and bed and ac was very comfortable.

Cleanliness is required more in room as well as in public area. We found 1 big spider and 1 big cockroach in the room. Certain area's such as bathroom , balcony chairs etc were not kept well. Some electronic sockets were coming out.

beautiful place to stay on the top end of Agonda beach. The location was really peaceful but still within walking distance of good restaurants. If you want to eat at the hotel, Serena by the Sea is a great place to eat and watch the sea. We were also really close to Mumus surf school which was a great afternoon activity. Our room was really large and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Whilst we were there, the hotel had 3 gorgeous puppies and other lovely dogs :)

The property is very simple, it's ok but the places in North Agonda is a bit more cosy and nice. No breakfast included since there is no restaurant connected to the resort. The little restaurant connected to the resort did serve a ok breakfast and sundowners in the evening. We never had any dinner, so can't rate.

The bathrooms was unnecessary big, no cosy place, a lot of dogs barking in the nights (same experience as other places in Agonda as well), the beach part is ok but north is better. No right feeling about the place, hardly seen any personal working, bi-daily filling of water bottles and cleaning was not done.

The place was nice and direct to the beach! Spacious rooms and the cottage is simply amazing! The owner Asim was very friendly and helpful, what an amazing guy. Highly recommend

1. The staff was very hospitile and helpful. Special thanks to Krishna and Mansa! On request, we were given a small fridge (usually, not available in the huts). Same for additional blanket etc. 2. As our flight was in the evening, and check out time is 11am, we were given a room for some extra stay for free, very big thanks! Well, it depends on room availability, but we were lucky. 3. The huts are very big and are located right on the beach, 50 steps to the ocean. 4. Cocktails in the restaurant are awesome, specifically try Singapore sling! 5. Food is great, try mixed veg malay tikka - best in my life, tandoori chicken. 6. When needed, you can ask receptionist to call for a taxi ot tuktuk.

1. None-soundproof huts. AC was also very noisy, I might be mistaken but, I think, AC outdoor unit requires maintenance. 2. When checking out, unexpectedly, we were requested to pay 3% of some local extra tax had not been included into initial amount in Booking.com. I refused and didn't pay it. 3. Prices on seafood in the restaurant are very high.
