I was denied room even after having a confirmation mail from Booking.com against which I have received this feedback seeking mail . After reaching there at around 9 pm, I was told that we don’t accept online booking . Very Very Terrible experience. Lack of basic acknowledgement . At the front desk I was told that even if you have the booking confiemation, We didn’t give you a call to confirm your booking and we don’t have room so we cannot accommodate you .
INThe restaurant is good, had a nice lunch and breakfast.
The hot water geyser was not working during our stay. Forced to take bath in cold water in December morning. No one was available to contact over the room intercom.
ININBreakfast was too simple, only 3 pieces of Puris & a bowl of mix veg was offered on one day, the other day Aloo paratha with Curd is their only breakfast, not even a cup of tea or a glass of juice was accompanied.
Staff took more time to respond to us, we had to call several times for necessities. Food menu was not up-to-date & OVER PRICED, a bowl of Steamed Rice was Rs. 135/-!!!, Big disappointment was NO FOOD OPTION FOR INFANTS, even they refused to prepare when asked for my child, we had to go outside.
