Please do go with the outer look of the property. The outer look is very beautiful. But the rooms provided to stay was horrible. The rooms were not clean. The condition of the bathroom was pathetic. Bathroom was too dirty. Water tap was not working properly and the water outlet hole in the bathroom was blocked for which the water was not flowing out. They have not provided atleast a soap in the bathroom. Water tap was loose. Nothing was provided except the dirty towel. Condition of the room was not good. The rooms were not clean at all. Staff members were too rough. Not at all co-operative.

1) Room and bed need to be upgraded as its very old. 2) Staff need to be educated about service and how to take care of guests. 3) water quality not good. 4) Breakfast options need to be improved - no spread at all … 5) Chinese food ok , but other cuisines need to be improved.
