Ambience, Comfortable beds , clean linen and well made bathrooms.. staff very cooperative..

Nothing as such ..

The hotel ,especially the rooms, are very tastefully done up. Everything looked new and clean. The staff was helpful, specially the young boy at the reception.

Our request for a free room upgrade was declined -even though we were the only guests at the hotel and there was no booking for the next day for thew bigger rooms.

Very near the Golden Temple. Staff were very welcoming especially the young gentleman at reception called Krish who went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

My room smelt musty. Must be a problem with the extraction fan in the bathroom. Not much of a view from our 2 bedrooms - a wall. A lot of noise at night due to a celebration across the road so bring ear plugs!

Very tastefully decorated, games room is a nice addition . Staff very attentive and caring. Fascinating 20 min walk to Golden Temple

The nearby temple started celebrating at 5am with loudspeakers the soundproofing just couldn’t cope.

It’s done with a lot of attention to detail. Very neat, clean and tasteful.

The pictures of the rooms are a bit confusing. We thought we had reserved a different room than the one we actually had. We had to ask for an upgrade at additional charge.

Clean and comfortable rooms not far away from center.

No credit card usage without prior information, had to pay fare in cash.

The room I had was very stylish and clean, which is the most important thing. The Hotel was very stylish in general. Kettle and coffee/tea provided. The staff helped me with everything, got me tuk tuks and so on.

Location in my opinion is not worth it. No hot water, which I mentioned but was not fixed. Breakfast was not so tasty. I stayed 3 nights and was never offered to refill water,towels,coffee,et. It was not a bad stay but I think there is a lot of room for improvement.
