Stay Shaandaar - a boutique hideaway

Really amazing , coziest stays you'll find in amritsar, loved the atmosphere, hygiene , and hospitality from the staff was superb Would recommend the Stay in Shaandaar to anyone any day anytime.❣️

Great location, 10 min on tuktuk to golden temple and the center of the city. Quiet and peaceful even in such a noisy city as Amritsar. The owner and the staff are very kind, friendly and always ready to help. As i was travelling alone, i appreciated it very much. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Interesting interior design. I was happy to find this place and meet these people.

Attention to tiny things, like study light over bed, wiper in the bathroom.... 5 star facility

The room was small and there was no cupboard for clothes

Great location and superb value for money. The rooms are finished to a high standard with excellent touches, great marble bathroom and power shower. Breakfast was adequate. Only down side was no decent coffee machine. Apart that the owner and staff went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Close to Golden Temple and many fresh fruit and tea shops like the streets outside. Excellent gym nearby. They helped me to rent a scooty and tied my turban, in preparation for service at Golden Temple. I look forward to returning when I next come Amritsar.

Great place near Golden Temple. Awesome boutique decor. Rooms small, quiet, clean. Great WI-FI. Good tasty breakfast included in the price.

Very good, comfortable room with all you need, clean and nicely decorated.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs.

The overhead shower head didn’t work so it was only a hand shower with a temperamental mixer but it got hot eventually. The room was small for two adults and a child. 3 tuk tuk drivers refused to take us back to our hotel (nothing to do with payment) so not sure if there was a problem with the area? They were renovating so it was a bit noisy during the day.
