You have provided double room,but you provided only one chair in this room.

The location was alright, close enough to the main road to be able to walk around. There was a resto-pub next door and was fairly easy to get cabs to the property. The rooms themselves were okay, I expected a bigger room considering I upgraded to the Deluxe King Room but honestly, I was a little disappointed. They did have a mini-fridge, iron, kettle, toiletries etc so that was nice.

The check-in was delayed by 35 minutes even though I called ahead the previous night AND the same morning to confirm our arrival time. Absolutely unacceptable, given that our check-in time was supposed to be 2 PM and we arrived at 3 PM. There was dirty linen / stains in one of the two rooms we booked. Same for the shower curtain in the bathroom. Basic amenities like toilet paper were not available and we had to ask for it. Also, providing a single water bottle for 2 people - C'mon, do better.
