Reception workers were good,respectful behavior.

Very few tv channels, and i faced some current cut issues, which i never expected from a hotel like that.

The staff attempted to fix our issues.

Outdated TVs/AC, some areas not very clean/ had mould. Also I booked the Suite which was it had 1 x kind size bed and 1 x sofa bed. But when I got there they made me pay extra for the sofa bed even though booking.com said it was included. AC turned off the second you leave the room so you came back to a very warm room every time. The suite also had an awful smell due to it being closed for a long time. They could have opened the windows in preparation for us coming. The toilet also had a persistent bad smell.
