The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We felt comfortable and happy. We even returned to stay again during the same holiday after travelling across Ghana. Amazing reception staff, porters, restaurant and bar staff too! We highly recommend this venue.

Sono semplicemente dei truffatori. Al mio arrivo una volta effettuato il check in mi è stato chiesto di effettuare il pagamento. Era il mio primo giorno in Ghana, ero molto stanco e non avendo soldi contanti ho chiesto di pagare con il bancomat. mi sono semplicemente fidato della ragazza al check in. Il giorno successivo, ricontrollando gli estratti conto, mi rendo conto che mi hanno fatto pagare ben 50€ in più del dovuto. Scendo subito a chiedere informazioni e li arriva la grande sorpresa…la ragazza al check mi dice che sono stato io ad accettare di pagare con la carta e che io avrei accettato il tasso di cambio applicato dalla struttura (il tasso di cambio per il pagamento in dollari doveva essere circa 10 mentre quello applicato è stato più di 12). Questa mi sembra una cosa fuori di testa e surreale. Sto al momento in contatto con il servizio Booking per andare in fondo a questo inconveniente. È stata una pessima esperienza.

Mein Aufenthalt im D’ Avenue Hotel in Accra war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich, ungeduldig und wenig hilfsbereit – man hatte nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Auf Beschwerden oder einfache Fragen wurde überhaupt nicht nachsichtig oder professionell reagiert. Zwar sind die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und das Hotel hätte eigentlich Potenzial, aber das Verhalten des Personals zerstört den Gesamteindruck völlig. So ein Umgang mit Gästen geht gar nicht – das wird langfristig das ganze Hotel „kippen“, wenn sich daran nichts ändert. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen und werde dort sicher nicht noch einmal übernachten.
