The property is beautifully decorated with good quality fittings.

1. Room menus need to be upgraded in presentation and local dish offerings 2. A small breakfast buffet would be welcome 3. Hotel may consider a pool cover 4. Hotel robe in room had a torn breast pocket 5. The stool in the armchair is incredibly soft 6. Plugs in rooms could be upgraded to accept usb/ c chargers

The location is very inconvenient. It’s too far out, not in a good area of Accra, and nowhere near the airport. Traffic is unbearable—what should normally be a 17-minute drive took me two hours in an Uber at 7:30 a.m. Since most activities in Accra revolve around the airport area, staying here makes things very difficult. Everyone I spoke with said the same: it’s too far, the traffic is terrible, and the road is dusty. I personally experienced all of this. The hotel is far from the city center, and I would not recommend it for either business or leisure. The risk of missing a flight due to traffic from this location is very real. On top of that, the restaurant management was frustrating. Instead of forwarding bills to reception, they constantly chased me directly for payment—calling my room and even knocking on my door, which was very embarrassing. Despite advising them to simply send the bill to reception, they refused. I had prepaid for 10 nights, but after being hassled on the very first night, this pattern continued. I ended up checking out on the 8th day, leaving two fully paid nights unused, just to avoid the stress. The facilities are also not as advertised. The online photos are misleading—the pool is not clean, and the chairs around the pool are uncomfortable for sitting or relaxing. Overall, this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Accra. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
