"I did not stay due to false pretenses, very unsatisfied."

Never stayed

I didn’t like the check in due to the price being increased by $127.00 more than what I booked it for online, I booked 2 beds and it was only one, once I arrived to the hotel so I opted not to stay there. The hotel manager did not do anything but waste 4 hours of my time and threaten to charge 235 cancellation fee for not staying.

Muy buenas instalaciones las personas muy amables

El servicio de limpieza del cuarto a diario no fue oportuno, el restaurante parece ser un negocio independiente y el pago es independiente es algo molesto ya que me acostumbro a pagar todos los consumos al final pero en este caso debí pagar cada consumo de manera independiente es algo incómodo.

Didn't enjoy the breakfast. ate once and didn't go back. One member of staff was also very sick, coughing and sneezing into a handkerchief, he was then serving food holding his handkerchief literally on the plate. I had to order in every night since i saw that

staff cleanliness, breakfast not good, far location, gym was not really a gym- very hot and old machines

Room was great - plenty of space for my daughter and me. Bed very comfortable. Spotless.
