The property is quiet and a gentle man called Erick was very helpful.

The breakfast had zero spread , you order from menu which had 3 choices only . The room service mostly when your Requesting for ironing of clothes was not friendly. The bathroom was clicking every time you shower making the bathroom messy.

The staff here are exceptional. The customer service is excellent which is why I keep coming back here. I call D’Avenue boutique hotel my home away from home. From Miss Caroline to Daniel to Owusu-Ansah to Eric to Forster to Albert, they all made my stay very comfortable. The staff go above and beyond for hotel guests and that’s why I keep coming back. I highly recommend D’Avenue boutique if you are staying in Accra

The rooms were nice but small details like tattered pillow cases, broke serving trays and stained shower floors and hard old towels that are o longer white were a turn off. Used to go here asa nice and clean hotel but it’s loosing its niceness.

Great food and a comfy room

Staff sleeping in the sauna, steam room used as a store room. Laundry room noise at the pool ridiculous.

The Hotel was very nice, I enjoyed my Stay. Reception Manager was very accommodating.. The Spa Facility was very good including an experienced Masseur

The Hotel was about 20 minutes drive from the Airport. Staff were helpful as they will get you a Uber. The Food was slightly more expensive in house but good quality

The staff where kind and clean ladies made sure towels are clean and the restaurant waiter’s where always helpful and he night front dear boy was kind and the staff Emily front desk and receptionist joyclyn amazing and very professional
