The location is ok, the room size is good.

The hotel looks old, bathroom not clean and old set of towels (when provided!) The bright lights give a very cold atmosphere. Inappropriate comments from the staff (asking if I was alone in my room and commenting on my look). Felt unsafe. I’ve been asked to pay cash at the check in.

as soon as we came to the room the bell man ask for a money/tip, we also had to pay for adapter and it’s very difficult to ask for water they only want to give 2 small bottles per day. The room is with double size bed but they just combined 2 single beds which is very uncomfortable to sleep, the carpet is dirty and no complimentary coffee…

the only good point was the SPA good spa and good swiming pool .

hotel rents rooms peer hours and noise insulation dose not exist totaly . sexual intercourse is around the clock 24 /7 . Staff are plesent but helpless .

The location of the hotel.

We had a very bad experience as the lock of our room was faulty. We came to know about it after a drunk couple opened the door in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. It was our second night in the hotel, though the staff repaired the lock the next day, but we were not able to sleep properly after this incident.
