Ubicación muy bien para estar tranquilo. Todo muy limpio y la piscina genial.

El restaurante no estava disponible para cenar en nuestra estancia y tuvimos q ir al super a comprar algo.

"No lo considero un 4 estrellas"

El hotel está bien, pero le faltan servicios para ser considerado un 4 estrellas, no tiene recepción 24 horas, no tiene restaurante ni cafetería solo los fines de semana lo mismo que el Spa , el desayuno es muy básico. , una pena porque el enclave es bonito.

La falta de servicios.

Pas de bar ouvert ou occasionnel !(2 fois sur une semaine ) Personnel réception masculin limite agréable . Nombre de transat limité. Pas de restaurant sur place non ( enfin juste ouvert le week-end, qualité moyenne )

Lo único que se salva del hotel és el recepcionista Miquel

Quisimos anular la estancia en el alojamiento unos días antes y resulta que todo eran largas y hasta tuvimos que ir al hotel para ver si nos lo anulaban. Al llegar a la una del mediodía no hay recepcionista y solo hay un teléfono que tú llamas y me dicen que tengo que ir a las cinco de la tarde y yo todavía sin saber si me anulaban el alojamiento después de hacer casi 300 km. Vamos a las cinco y nos dicen que lo sienten pero que no nos anulan nada de nada. Una vez dentro la habitación vemos pelos en la bañera, paredes sucias. Nada de ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, muy alejado del pueblo, un camino de un solo sentido y de cabras. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
