Amazing location, staff were very helpful holding bags early/late and with requests, and stay/dine discount was very appreciated. Lovely to have a restaurant downstairs though not open early mornings. The night staff was also appreciated if needed.

The room felt a little cold eg bath mats beside bed rather than a rug, just a little old - some mould/dirty grout in shower, fluorescent lights weren't terribly inviting, tv was very small and connected with visible wires, double bed 2 singles connected with separate bedding. It was sufficient but not a luxe as expected in pictures. Would be great to have a fridge in the room and coffee maker for morning coffee.

The clean, nice enough rooms are in a very good, central location near the Golden Gate in the old city, with an excellent restaurant downstairs. Friendly restaurant staff would do their best to assist.

This is not a hotel but, as they say, a restaurant with rooms, which are very much secondary in consideration - all fine but something to be aware of. As the rooms are above the restaurant, there is a lot of noise from (happy) diners, which carries upstairs, especially to those on the first floor, though earplugs sorted that out eventually. Another downside is that breakfast is not until 9am (or running later than that), in order to fit in with restaurant shifts, rather than the requirements of the guests, which is too late if you want to get on with your day, so I missed it on both days I was there and cannot comment on it. Some elements in the room were a bit tired, such as a plug that came out of the wall and air-con system that wasn't programmed correctly so I couldn't warm up the room on an October night but all in all, the easy location and reasonable price made up for it.

No information available about split or food options available in the room. Had to ask for the bathroom waste bin to be emptied(soiled tissue has to go in this bin).

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum starej części miasta. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Dobre śniadania dostępne od rana w restauracji. Był to już drugi pobyt i nie wykluczamy kolejnych.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Es gibt allerdings keinen Aufzug, so dass man einige Treppenstufen je nach Lage des Zimmers hinaufgehen muss. Das Restaurant im EG mit Außenterrasse ist hervorragend, das Personal super freundlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

It was very convenient due to its central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions.

It was quite noisy late at night, which could be disruptive if you're looking for a quiet and restful stay.
