Its very unique with great staff Mido , abdularahman, Omar, Mohammed and Ahmad. Nice time spending with some nice trips and adventures

Some maintenance required, swimming pool shall have a heater.

المكان جميل قريب جدا من الممشى تقريبا خمس دقايق مشي من مركز الممشى.. منحب نشكر محمد شكر جدا كبير وخاص ساعدنا بكل اشي شخص لطيف وامين جدا جدا جدا كانت عنا مشكلة بالغرفة الي استلمناها بس فورا بعد ما توجهنا لاله حل المشكلة ووينتا كنا بحاجته كان دايما موجود ❤️

The place was very filthy and poorly maintained. All of it was just too dirty. This goes for our room, as well for common, external areas. The overall structure looked poorly maintained, as if the hotel has been closed for a long time or has been abandoned. In our room, mattresses and pillows were all stained, the shower had broken tiles, both sinks were dirty, one was broken, the sink in the toilet.. not sure what happened there. To us it felt like a scam, especially when we compare it with the photos displayed on Booking.com, which were clearly taken months or maybe years ago. Reception staff was basically absent, if not for a very young guy who didn't speak English at all. It was impossible to communicate with him and ask for proper help. No other staff was available in the structure. We slept there only one night, then we left to another place.

The stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. The entire place looked messy and poorly maintained. The swimming pool also seemed neglected and not properly taken care of. There was no soap or even toilet paper provided in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel looked as if it had been closed for a long time and not prepared for guests. Unfortunately, it did not feel like a functioning hotel and we would not recommend staying here.
