Great place overall; little bit noisy being concrete and with gaps in windows/doors so they don’t close tight. Super clean, wonderful staff.

"Hard to find, but pretty place. Need to refund us for the breakfast."

Pretty, clean and lovely.

They could not get us breakfast when we needed it (7:30am). We paid for breakfast service - they need to tell you online that you can only get breakfast after 9. And when I did order it to go and changed my driver time to pick up, the breakfast was late and it was an entirely different order (order rice and fried egg & they send hard boiled egg and white bread). Coffee cup was in a plastic bag that exploded and dropped all over because the tops didn’t fit. So neither of us had any breakfast. We should get a refund for the breakfast portion.

"Great hotel away from the city, staff is great and you get really good value for your money!"

With such few rooms, there is so quiet and cozy here! The staff is amazing and the rooms are just beautiful!

The water fountain was for me a small disturbance, but my guess is that 99% of other people find it relaxing, but I get easily overstimulated. It was totally okay tho, I would just prefer it not been there.

The property is stunning, and the staff is exceptional. Its location was ideal, just a short distance from Ubud Centre, with numerous excellent dining options along the same street as the cottage.

The entrance- it's too small. And one can easily miss i.
