Kubu Rama Ubud Cottage

secluded and nice area with the clean pool, big bathroom with both a shower and a bath, good bed, SmartTV

we got a room near the entrance and could hear everyone going in and out (and generally not very soundproof), location is a bit away from Ubud centre (we were aware of it)

The rooms are extremely beautiful and large, the view from my room was stunning.

The pressure in the bathtub is extremely low, it took me more than 2 hours to fill in half bath. The place was clean but the lower room had a lot of ants, I asked to change the room and without problems I was moved to the upper room. In both rooms I spotted a few dead flies and some fly eggs on curtains.

I love the staff, really friendly and helpful. The place is really calm.

The bedsheets had stains, the facet was broken (but fixed immediately after asking). There electricity and water wasn't working 100% (but it's not the problem of the hotel). The internet almost didn't work (too slow to load even simple pages). But mainly the place is in middle of nowhere. I decided to leave one day early and fine different place.

Perfect location for most excursions. Staff was absolutely amazing. They assisted with everything we needed.

AMAZING STAFF!! It is so calming to stay here since it’s located in nature. No noise. And the staff make everything so easy, so you really get to a deep state of relaxation
