"Ok for a basic hotel. Ok value. A bit tatty. Ok location. Friendly and helpful staff"

Friendly staff. Helped a lot

Didn’t clean room. Shower didn’t have hot water. Water supply intermittent. Had to ask for a clean towel and for new toilet paper and shower gel. Wish they would have at least one person at all times with good English

Fast check-in

Geyser was not working properly. bedsheet, pillow covers and comforter was not clean. Ceiling fan speed can't be adjusted. TV remote not working. Junk on the stair ways.
