Fast check-in

Geyser was not working properly. bedsheet, pillow covers and comforter was not clean. Ceiling fan speed can't be adjusted. TV remote not working. Junk on the stair ways.

The room shown in the Booking.com site doesn't match with the Room provided. Altogether a different hotel. It is Hotel Star palace Not NOVA Hotel star palace customers are not concerned with under which group it is managed

Room was not to the specification for tourists rats were moving only to be driven out on two occasions Not clean surrounding either in room or in verandah
