The clarity of room descriptions and what are included in the price paid, the descriptions are different before and after the booking, lack of communication between owner and the staff about the issues

We were in the open space villa. We loved the room proximity to the beach, perfect! Serli the manager was so kind, and cooked amazing food with reasonable price. The hotel is very remote but we were well looked after, so all was good. Loved the remoteness ❤️❤️. Good strong wifi 👍

It was very windy and rained real hard one evening, the bamboo blind was up to no good, even the roof was leaking a little, but I think it was exceptionally windy and rainy that evening.

We really loved the Robinson experience. The bungalow was really great, big space, charming. Wifi is really nice and the food was good. We enjoyed to take the scooter and discover around.

Hosts didn't seem to remember we were coming and the room wasn't ready. The place is quite far from the main tourist areas, so if you have a driver taking you there, check ahead they have accommodations for him.

Secluded location, great wifi, ideal getaway to focus on getting things done. It felt very peaceful when weather was settled. A great escape from the whole world being in a corner for south east of Sumba. Beach was quiet. Shirly, who made the meals and cleaned, was very sweet.

Wind came thru and totally mucked up my stay. Had to upgrade to the Bungalow.
