Friendly, helpful staff, everything worked

Great location for the Brihadeeswara Temple (which is amazing). Cleaner than some of the other places we’ve stayed in on this trip. Staff were helpful when asked a question. Air con worked well. The room was pretty quiet.

The view of corrugated steel sheets from the window wasn’t very pleasant.

Nice and comfortable room in a central location. Great bed and shower. Friendly staff!

No breakfast/lunch/diner options. I had to go to a restaurant 500 meters down the street.

Several members of the staff were very welcoming, above all the door keeper/luggage man who smiled very friendly to me any time I got back to the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, 5 minutes walk to the Brihadesvara Temple, 10-15 minutes walk to the Maratha Palace, 5 minutes walk to the central bus stand and to many restaurants and street food stalls.

I liked everything:-) yet, because of its central location, the hotel could be a bit loud for noise-sensitive people

Rooms to be bigger, cleaner towels to, be provided and bath tissue (Toilet roll) to be provided

Neatness, Room Location, Room Size. English Speaking Staff. Not having good knowledge about the town.

1. Even though booked the Deluxe Room (2+1) room, extra Rs. 350 was charged saying, Child age (16) was not considered in their booking and the booking took as 2 adults alone. 2. The extra bed is not useful, not comfortable one.
