Proximity to the temple and the palace as well as good places to eat.

Rooms close to the reception are noisy, so hard to sleep until close to midnight. AC was either on at a pretty cold setting or off... Settings didn't work to set the temperature - blowing directly on to the bed made it very difficult to sleep

Location located near by Thanjavur big temple and railway station.

No proper room services

All places are clean and tidy

The location, that is, nearness to places of tourist interest. Hot water was available at all hours in bathroom.

Towels were provided on demand and they were much-washed and much-used. Reception staff were far from professional.The room ,though clean enough, had a poorly maintained AC, which made periodic sound loud enough to disturb your sleep. The TV showed no english language news channels worth watching ,only free channels in local languages. And most distressingly in an AC room , there was no electric kettle and my request for one was rudely denied.

The place was clean and perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful

The rooms for drivers can be improved with a better place and hygiene
