"Perfect structure. Staff unreliable."

structure is perfect. clean. close to the temple and the royal palace.

staff is absoloubtly unreliable. the driver who had to pick me up at 9 am asked the reception to call me at 8.45, they didn’t. when I came down to the reception asking if the driver asked for me, they said “no ma’am. we will call you if he will arrive”. we lost one hour like this, because no one of them had the precision of do their work properly even if I asked them more than once if someone asked for me.
