Personalen som arbetade med service var underbar. Även personalen i receptionen var mycket trevlig och svarade direkt när jag ringde. Servicepersonalen, båda killarna Majd och Yaser, var väldigt hjälpsamma, vänliga och kom snabbt när jag behövde hjälp.

"Good Hotel in Erbil, feeling home there..."

Staff always welcome you very well and it is smooth to make check-in. Mr.Sizar helped us a lot at the reception. Location is good. You can easily walk out. Many supermarkets are around. Rooms are very clean.

Fitness Center should have Spa Facilities like massage, scrub...etc. Hope it comes.
