"Good Hotel in Erbil, feeling home there..."

Staff always welcome you very well and it is smooth to make check-in. Mr.Sizar helped us a lot at the reception. Location is good. You can easily walk out. Many supermarkets are around. Rooms are very clean.

Fitness Center should have Spa Facilities like massage, scrub...etc. Hope it comes.

Ik ben niet correct geholpen. En ben onjuist geadviseerd. Uiteindelijk was de oplossing om nog een keer te komen zodat zij opnieuw kans konden krijgen om de problemen van afgelopen keer op te lossen. Ik heb een extra kamer moeten boeken voor saus. De verblijf zelf was verder ok maar niet bepaald bijzonder.

De service en communicatie. En het onnodig extra kamer boeken.

الموقع جيد جدا نظاقة الغرف ممتازة الطاقم متعاون و ودود وخصوصا موظفي الاستقبال ( زينب ، سامح ) وخدمة الغرف ( سامح ) تنظيف يومي وتوفير مستلزمات الحمام

كثرة توقف مراوح الحمام رغم التبليغ لاكثر من مرة الجاكوزي غير آمن بسبب تسريب كهربائي خفيف وتم تبليغ الصيانة ولم يتخذوا اي اجراء الافطار متوسط وبعض الاصناف غير طازجة

"Wonderful Choice, High Hospitality in Erbil City..."

Check in procedure was so smooth and hospitality was very high thanks to the efforts of Mr.Sizar and Mr.Yasser. They were always ready for any kind of help during the stay. Lobby is nice, the private dinner rooms are well organized. Fitness Club is satisfactory and well equipped. The manager of the club helped me a lot by showing around. Rooms are very clean, spacious, well organized. Mini bar is rich. Close to the airport. Probably the closest hotel in the area.

They could have spa and massage services because they have Turkish Bath at the same time.
