Hôtel de Fully

A lovely hotel right at the heart of a lovely little town. Super-convenient underground parking. I was there for a trial race, and they even had a special "sports dinner" available in the restaurant - and for those with early race starts, had early breakfast available too. Staff and Owner really helpful (specifically let me keep the car in the garage while I did my run and only charged me for 1 person, when I had booked for 2 (and they would not have had to). Little gestures like that are wonderful and truly appreciated. Thank you!

The pillow was a bit spongy for me, but that is a personal preference and if that is all I could possibly note as a negative, then I guess we are doing just fine :)

Very friendly and helpful staff

Fully equipped apartment for up to 5 people . It was very clean and comfortable . Breakfast could be much better comparing to other aspects of this hotel . There was an indoor parking for free. Staff were supper professional and fair : We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid , but we traveled without out little one . When they realized that they deducted a concordable amount from our booking while we did not even asked for so . This was a really professional attitude , I respect this kind of management .

There is a construction site in front of the building , not so noisy but a little awkward specially when people are working right in front of you bedroom .

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, the staff is always friendly, large rooms and good wifi. Excellent accommodations that are comfortable, we will continue to come here when we visit this part of valais

Easy access to Grand St Bernardo pass. Fabulous breakfast and free secure car parking. The staff were very friendly. We had an amazing fondue in a little Bar le Central just 100 metres away.

We had an appartment on an annexe which seemed a little outdated. Nothing at all like the photos on the website. There were clothes in the cupboard and a toothbrush. It seemed that we had been given the staff's appartment for the night which was a shame given the price we had paid.

It was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could safely park our car in the underground garage. We also ate a delicious three-course dinner in the restaurant connected to the hotel.
