"Disappointing"

The breakfast was nice and the location was good for us to drive the great St Bernard pass the following day

The staff were not very friendly on arrival and we were left to work out how to access the underground parking ourselves. The hotel listed air con but there was none

Staff very accomoding. Very generous breakfast!

Had to leave early and was lock ...didn't know how to get out of the hotel. Maybe need a simple sign saying the way to get out.
