No hot water, solar hot water, no sun=no hot water. Need extra pillows to be available. No face clothes to wash your face.

Location Restaurant food was so so. I order a fish filet that was tasty but dry and overcooked.

Small room, limited tv channels, bed sheets were terrible, towels felt like sandpaper. Way overpriced.

The location is the main reason to come here. The hotel sits above a secluded beach you can walk on for miles, with hardly any development. Staffers are friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable in the restaurant and bar considering how remote it is. It's a very relaxing place to stay after the rough journey to get here.

These are basically dated beach motel rooms that could use some maintenance: my room had loose floor tiles that moved when I walked and it's not what you would expect for these prices, especially in Mexico. Again, you're paying for the location, not for what you actually get, so plan on spending most of the time outside the room. Most have a nice balcony though, which made up for some of the room shortcomings. Someday there will be a line of luxury hotels or vacation homes on this coast, so come enjoy it while it's still a relative secret.

Pizza was bland, seafood and fish was very good

Breakfast was good not a 5 star more of a 3 star resort but in an beautiful secluded not overrun beach miles an mile Long windy pot holed rd going in 37Km off the main rd. Wonderful for a couple waves to large for most to swim in ocean although there were a couple of swimmers It would soon be over run if it was easy to get to.
