Location was a good point! Close from Kyoto station and bus lines around! Free cofee and lugagge storage! Pretty new building!

Hotel was near kyoto station and also near bus stops, hotel was in a quiet part of the city, and local restaurants all around..staff was really friendly and helpful

Peace and comfortable place. Around 10 mins walk away from Kyoto station. Coffee, soup and microwave oven is provided in the lobby.

Some residents talk too loud in the lobby. Not all the time with front desk staff . But still easy to find someone to help you. Tv is out of order.
