"book somewhere else if you can"

no window in the room, mould on the shower curtain, dust all round the room, was only cleaned once in 7 days, staff were rude and unhelpful

- staff speaking English - room with good natural light (even if my room was facing the parking spot, still I liked the light) - warmed toilet seat - they kept my luggage’s before check-in and after checkout (no need to pay for storages) - bus stop 2min

- Not many restaurants options in the area - Only 1 big towel and a very small one for the hair (but they can give you more if you ask, I would recommend leaving 2 in the room already)

It's nice and clean. Large rooms for Japan.

The walls are too thin. I was awoken at 6 am by noise of people talking in the next room!

"Superb"

The hotel has comfortable and quiet rooms. A short distance away there are groceries and a laundromat. In a few minutes on foot you can reach Kyoto station and by bus the Gion district.
