Natali and staff really helpful . Recommended restaurant and arranged taxi. Etc. Sorted out laundry and parking for motorbikes

It was all perfect. Friendly staff.

Location is nice. Close to the beach and a 25 min walk from the city center (if you have trouble walking up and downhill then this isn't the right location for you).

Room could've been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Shower also takes over 3 minutes to get a little bit warm. Also the room was dusty when we arrived, but that seems to come from the outside when the window is open. We could feel the springs in the mattress poking in our hips and shoulders when laying down, the bed wasn't comfortable. We fixed it by putting another soft sheet over it and that made it a bit better. People in the other house Natali were really really loud, screaming on the streets at night, which was kind of annoying.

The breakfast was very good with fresh coffee from a machine and fresh fruits among other izems. The location is good for beach lovers. Behind some ugly buildings (must hve been a communist holiday camp) is a for Ohrid nice beach. Our host discouragred us from going to the restaurant of the Mizo Hotel also sitting there, But the dinner was god when we newertheless tried it. Otherwise you find a busy restaurant area about 20 minutes walk downtown.

We had booked one superior room and a single room which we did not get. Upon arrival we were told that one roon is in Natali 1 and the other in Natali 2. Then the host suggested that we take two rooms in Natali 2 without telling that they both were standard rooms what I only saw at the last day when one of the 26 sqm rooms was open for inspection. There also was no cleaning up of the rooms. In the restaurant was a sign posted to ask for cleaning the day before what we did for the third day but it did not happen. When we complained we got a plastic bag with fresh towels outside the door of the room.
