Room is big and clean, bed is cozy and sleep well. Breakfast is good and variety. Staff is willing to serve. Stay away from big room, then no sound from cars.

The garden

The staff doesn't exist at all. They don't speak a world in English and if you need something they don't help you. They don't even TRY to help you. After 5 minutes of conversation they run away because they don't understand (I am not joking they literally run away) If you don't have your own car/motorbike you are totally STUCK there. They also say that they have motorbike to rent but it is NOT TRUE.

Breakfast was good.

Unable to have lunch or dinner there. Restaurant was closed for Reno so only serving breakfast. Location so so as if you need food, u will need a car to travel out of hotel. Abt 5-10mins . There was no water on our last day. Fortunately it was fixed in 30mins.

It's a new hotel, clean and the room size is good enough for a family. The breakfast porridge is very good.

Pillows can be softer.

No frills little hotel close to the entrance of the National Park gate. Clean and well maintained rooms, beds are comfy. Breakfast was delicious - mainly catering to the Asian way of having breakfast (a full meal) - which we like anyhow.

I prepaid the two rooms with my credit card - when we checked out, they wanted to charge us an additional room which was not occupied and booked by us. It took reception a long time to accept that we had only used two rooms. If you do not have your own car, then it is difficult to find dinner walking distance from the hotel. At the hotel, you can only eat breakfast. But we found a great Steak restaurant 7 minutes driving from the hotel for dinner - Prime 19. Great interior, lots of high spending locals coming for dinner. Life music, great service, very yummy food. The hotel is not in a lovely location - but just for sleeping there, it is fine. It is closely surrounded by other local houses - from our room, you saw a white wall and the tip of the water tank of the neighbour.

The hotel is clean which is our primary concern. So that makes our stay comfortable. Hotel is quite new and well maintenance. The staff especially the front desk is very helpful and polite.

Location is not on main road.

I feel like stay in my own home, room is large with all you need, the staff is very friendly full of service mind, the breakfast is perfect.The hotel located not far from all attractions, but it seems like we are deep inside the Jungle, it is peaceful & quiet.
