JINGLE JUNGLE RESORT KHAOYAI

The overall of the place is very nice and cozy. Staff are helpful. Room is clean. Nice breakfast, feeling like eating at home.

-The walls were quite thin so we could hear people talking outside the room. -We booked twin beds but found out at 10 pm that there was only one blanket instead of 2. We tried calling every internal phone numbers provided on their guidebook multiple times but nobody picked up the phone. My boyfriend had to walk to the reception just to see that there's no one there. So he tried looking in the kitchen and found someone to help us with the blanket. I would expect at least someone on standby at the reception / to pick up the phone for a hotel at this rank.

The hotel is very nice, clean, perfectly located (5mn from Khao Yai national park), very well maintained and the breakfast is amazing!

The resort is modern, colorful, and comfortable, and our room was spacious. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help you in any way they can. Location is very close to the entrance to Khao Yai National Park.

As it’s so close to the entrance of the national park, most restaurants and other facilities are about 15 minute drive. It’s very difficult to get a taxi around there, so you need to arrange your own method of transportation.
