Hotel La Cierva de San Marcos

Hernan and his family were incredible hosts! He was so helpful in arranging a safe and secure parking spot, even getting up early to assist with our departure. The room itself was beautiful and - though having a huge window that opened up to the street - was surprisingly quiet. Even on New Years Eve! The breakfast was delicious and so well presented. Wish we could have stayed for longer!

El alojamiento es excelente, desde el momento de la reserva Hernán está pendiente de los huéspedes y de que la estancia sea los más cómoda posible. Se adapta totalmente a tus necesidades, modificando la hora del desayuno (que era abundante y rico) cuando fue necesario y realizándonos un tour gratuito que nos encantó. Pudimos visitar Quito con su compañía y nos mostró rincones escondidos de esta maravillosa ciudad. En todo momento me sentí seguro y acogido. Repetiría sin duda.

La Cierva de San Marcos es un lugar precioso. La casa está decorada con muy buen gusto, es muy acogedora y tiene un patio interior encantador. Todo está muy limpio y las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hace que el descanso sea excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro histórico, muy cerca de la plaza principal, con comercios, restaurantes y puntos de interés turístico. Es una zona donde se puede caminar tranquilamente y con seguridad, muy cuidada para el turismo. Hernán y Gloria gestionan el hotel con mucho cariño. Son muy atentos y amables, te dan toda la información necesaria para conocer la ciudad, consejos de transporte y seguridad, y te hacen sentir realmente como en casa. Altamente recomendado.

Ottima posizione a poche centinaia di metri dalla Piazza centrale di Quito

Wunderschön neu und mit Bedacht renoviertes historisches Gebäude, fußläufig ist das Altstadtzentrum schnell zu erreichen. Mehrere empfehlenswerte Restaurants in der Nähe. Abholung vom Flughafen hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war nicht teurer als ein Standardtaxi. Das beste an dem Hotel sind aber die unglaublich liebenswerten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Ernagt und Gloria. Ernagt spricht auch gut Englisch und hat uns viele gute Tips gegeben. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

- die Gastgeber: super nett und hilfsbereit (organisierten den Flughafentransport - 25 Doller, gaben uns diverse Empfehlungen, unterstützten bei der Planung, liessen uns das Zimmer auswählen…) - das variierende Frühstück - die warme Dusche / die dicken Decken - die ruhige Lage - in ca 10 Gehmin. Mitten in der Altstadt - schöner Ausblick

非常热心的夫妇管理着这个保护的很好的老建筑。他们可以帮助解决各种问题，还可以接送去景点，收费也非常合理。驻地周边有餐厅和小卖部，可以吃饭，买水果饮料等等。去历史街区教堂步行很近。入住第一天赶上“亡灵节”，他们还邀请我一起参加家庭聚会。非常感谢他们，也很推荐住在这里。

Great hotel, excellent location, clean and comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful with any questions, excellent breakfast, Hernando, the hotel manager, made sure to introduce us to Quito and accompanied us around the city with his wife, a great couple, really recommended to stay at this hotel
