Great hotel, excellent location, clean and comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful with any questions, excellent breakfast, Hernando, the hotel manager, made sure to introduce us to Quito and accompanied us around the city with his wife, a great couple, really recommended to stay at this hotel

Beautiful old house, very classy. Spotless clean, good sized room, spacious bathroom with nice hot shower. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff. Very safe and quiet street, with many very good restaurants. Highly recommend “La Purisma”, more on the expensive side but well worth the price. We arrange transportation from the airport and to Mindo through the hotel and it was very competitively priced. Definitely will stay again. Please note that there is no sign on the building. I liked that it felt like a home away from home. It did not feel like a hotel. The staff were very friendly and I will miss them. The hotel had a very Spanish feeling with their decorations. The breakfast was delicious and each day was a little different. I loved the fresh fruit and coffee plus every meal was complete and very filling. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Quito. Also the location felt safe and it was on a pretty street.

De eigenaar heeft ons een geweldige rondleiding door Quitto gegeven (met zijn kleinzoon). We zijn in Quitto een telefoon verloren met bankpassen en rijbewijs. Hij heeft ons zo goed geholpen en bijgestaan! Superhost!

The property is centrally located in the historic district of Quito. The hotel is immaculate and has beautiful furnishings. The hosts treat you like family and the breakfast is delicious!! Hernan is an experienced tour guide and has lived his entire life in Quito. He can arrange tours throughout the city as well as other cities and provides transportation in his car. We were able to take our time taking pictures and exploring the surroundings. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future with family and friends. We felt very safe in his hands.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
