Room was clean Area was good Staffs were friendly Value for money 2nd time booking this place

No lift The drainage in the toilet was a bit smelly. Understand that they cant do anything about it.

Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Staff was very kind.

Staff cannot speak English. Room didn't meet my expectation in terms of the cleanliness. There were hair on the bed as well as in the bathroom. So, after my initial inspection, I decided not to stay here even though I had already paid and placed the booking.
