Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe! :)

Das Personal könnte mehr auf die Gäste eingehen. So wie wir es wahrgenommen haben, waren sie sehr distanziert. Man hatte kaum persönliche Kommunikation gehabt. Man kann es natürlich auch positiv sehen, da alles sehr einfach war! :)

Ideal location for exploring Kyoto. Room was a good size for Japan hotel rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t the cleanest room, also no cleaning unless requested for the stay. Bed was very hard, not very comfortable.
