Big bathroom, industrial chic, cool terrace

No towels left the room, I had to go down to the bar below to get tell them and they brought some up. They hadn't given me the wi fi details and the tv was not connected to the internet and ready to use on arrival

Location is perfect for any central activities

No staff to talk to about any issues. Room next to me up until 4am screaming and arguing… tried contacting OOH team but m one available! Made me feel unsafe to leave my room

Rooms are ok, no air conditioning or fan.

Absolutely horrendous noise outside the property. Was not warned of this prior to booking otherwise wouldn’t have booked It. It should be in capital letters on the description! We was kept up until 5:30am with absolutely no sleep as the club next door was shaking the room.

Very close to the railway station and central for the pub's and nightlife.

The hotel rooms are tiny,no tea coffee facilities in the room,tiny bathroom sink that water pours over the top all over your feet due to the river tap system fitted,then we come to the noise issue,the hotel is over a "cabaret and showbar" which should be called a rave club, I've never heard a bass speaker boom like that in my lifetime,it was shaking the window frame out of our room till about 3am and even though they provide earplugs in the room (so they are aware of this noise) plugs don't stop bass vibration,so don't expect any sort of sleep till well after 3am and then they want you out of the room on checkout day for 10am!! So I'm sorry I've got to say avoid this hotel at all costs because the noise will ruin your stay and your health. Sorry I've worked in nightclubs for years of my life but that bass is on another level.

Rainfall shower was nice, room had nice lighting and was clean & tidy.

The hotel is attached to the bar next door, which played the LOUDEST music until about 4:30am. I would only recommend this hotel if you plan to spend more of your time out at night than in.
