"First time here - would definitely stay again."

Customer service here is better than many hotels in the region. Staff are friendly, and go out of their way to provide a good service. The shuttle bus was clean, efficient and on arrival, the hotel rep at the airport provided complimentary water whilst waiting for the shuttle. Nice little touch. WiFi was good too.

Ok, it's not a 4 star hotel by international standards (3 star would be more accurate) based on the furnishings, etc. But the attentive staff and sense of calm made up for that. Breakfast is adequate but the selection is not vast. Nothing really to complain about.

I do not speak French but there was always someone available to answer my questions and to help me who spoke English. The staff is excellent, going out of their way to help me! I felt well cared for. Thank you!!!
