Hôtel Sancta Maria

Excellent choice in Lome! Clean facilities, great staff, delicious food with many options, good consistent wifi and clean swimming pool. I've stayed here multiple times and I would not stay anywhere else in Lome.

Rooms are big and kept well. Location is beautiful and hotel facilities are good. Couple of Young guys at the reception are good and very helpful.

You cannot eat outside food in the hotel. Hotel food isn’t good. So unless you’re ready to eat out after heavy work, don’t bother. Some old guy and a girl at reception were kind of rude.

The location was good. The rooms were comfortable The Senior Manager, Elisée was great at finding solutions and moving the queue along. He acted quickly in replacing a damaged AC after 4 hours on the heated room.

1- Longest checkin time ever. It took 42 mins to complete checkin and staff weren’t bothered about completing the checkin in time for our first business meeting. 2- I booked rooms with beach view but I got booked into a room with city view. Not the same thing. 3- This hotel doesn’t allow food up into Guest rooms. No food is allowed beyond the lobby/ the restaurant. It would be nice to note this on the website, especially for families. 4- Breakfast is inclusive but limited options and same menu every morning I was there. Lunch and dinner options were limited too. 5- If I had to rate this hotel’s customer service rating, it would be 2/5. Their responses to emails take 24 hours even for reservations, and for enquiries. My institution kept calling to request responses to our emails. We had to send reminders after earlier emails.

IT WAS GOOD , BREAKFAST QUALITY REQUIRE ATTENTION I COULD HAVE BEEN MORE BETTER .
