The property was very clean and a great value for money, close to all of the amenities you need to visit Luxor, you can travel to the other side of the river at a low cost.

good location. West Bank is quiet. the terrace is nice.

the owner is like only businessman and not friendly. his brother is nicer. the room was not clean and the balcony door was not locking well, result of dozen of mosquitoes all night long.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and I think it"s much more important than the facilities. If you wanna a cheap place for just sleeping at night it will be perfect

All was perfect

Located short walk from public ferry across Nile. Arranged a felucca ride we enjoyed. Made us a sack breakfast on request.

Swimming pool was tiny and unclean. Our bathroom was grimy, plumbing pipe broke while there and we had to switch rooms in late evening. Second bathroom also was unclean, shower broken and no hot water. Owner was angry when we decided to leave next morning and refused to return our payment for second night, later demanding compensation for shower he claimed WE broke. Still no refund received through Booking, so beware! Owner was away when we arrived and brother was slow and vague, trying to talk us into a paid tour we didn't want and delaying our afternoon's activities.

Location is very convenient for the landmarks

The location of the hotel is the best thing! we loved being on the west bank of Luxor,far from the crowds of the city. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and it has amazing views from the roof top! We arrived very early in the morning and they offered to prepare breakfast for us, which was a very nice detail. We could also make the laundry and they didn’t want to charge us extra money. It has been, probably, the best hotel in Egypt we’ve been. Unbeatable quality-price.

Sometimes, there was no water, but they fixed it directly in seconds.

The owner Mr Mahmoud was welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, spacious and bed comfy. The food was delicious, value for money because its a big portion for 1 meal and more than enough for the 2 of us. The activity was arranged by Mr Mahmoud and it was an awesome experience. Will definitely visit luxor again.
