Wonderful overall experience.

Some of the staff were not particularly friendly.

Beautiful property with lots of beautiful views and grounds to explore

Room shower screen should be a curtain instead to not leak, room was a little warm but better than cold.

Everything!! Didn’t want to leave.

Temperature was too warm Bathroom needs a refurb and toilet didn’t flush properly

Helen was lovely really helpful and friendly. All staff were friendly. And randomly found out my daughter inlaws mum was born at port lymne . Second stay will definitely go back.

Beautiful building lovely views excellent decoration and beautiful architecture

Beds very uncomfortable and a continuous noise water as if air locked in the radiator in room constantly all through the night which we could not get to sleep through the noise

Great hotel, food and staff. Would prefer to come again in the summer when all the animals are out-far too cold for them to be outdoors, so we didn’t see as many as we’d have liked

Maybe in colder months, instead of the safari, offer something for people to see animals indoors?
