Shower in room not working. Garden restaurant food not always of good standard. £4.00 price for two pieces of bread to accompany starter.

"Great animal experience, hotel needs some tlc."

Breakfast excellent, dinners excellent, animal reserve and safaris top class, very knowledgeable about the animals in their care, so many rhinos! Use of the golf buggy was great. All in all a great experience.

The bathroom was very tired, old sink and WC, odd plumbing. The WC failed to flush properly on several occasions and took ages to refill, not the best example.
