Cleanliness, restaurant

Next to a busy bus terminus, very noisy in the morning. Till late night lots of sound of utensils from the next room. We booked 4 rooms and arrived late, but one room was not ready till 3pm. Still next day they allowed us to retain only one room for 2 more hrs, although we had 3 senior citizens in our group.

Location is best when medicine shop, other facilities are considered. Loads of variety of food in breakfast. Suite is perfect to stay with toddlers, lot of space for his/her to explore, interior looks premium.

The hotel hasn't maintain its cleanliness to a good extent. In-room dining service was good, but food was too costly and wasn't even delicious.

-Tasty and warm Breakfast -Friendly Staff -Location -Toothbrushes, sanitizer, shaving kit provided by the hotel -Has an excellent multi cuisine restaurant, the Indian and the Chinese cuisines of the restaurant are worth a try

-The Bathroom can be more clean, wall tiles /floor tiles were not clean enough - Wi-Fi was not functioning properly -Carpet in the room was dusty -There is room for improvement regarding overall cleanliness

Centrally located, ground staff including Restaurant were courteous n helpful. Food preparation during Lunch n Dinner was very good n needs a mention, however the complementary Breakfast Menu needs improvement. Infrastructure, furniture in rooms are good.

Complementary Mineral water is limited to 2, unlike most of the 5 star hotels in places like Mumbai, Delhi etc. Had a word with the Manager also, which was responded in an illogical n unpleasant manner. They can be unlimited like 5/4 star hotels, esp. in Shantiniketan for a Deluxe Suite Room not to repel customers like us. Cleanliness in rooms can be improved e.g. carpets, mats are old n dirty in a Deluxe Suite Room. Iron stains on the side walls of washroom are a big repelling factor. No welcome drink given to us, which was served to others in group.
