Food was really good . Both dinner and breakfast.

They need to provide clean sheets and towels.. Room experience was not good. Cleanliness is an issue there.

"Savoring Santiniketan"

Excellent food..Chef is very competent guy and enjoyed all the meals we had in the hotel.

Very incompetent technical staff causing poor upkeep of most of the items placed in the room. AC remote not working properly and control adjustment not possible..cause maintenance person is on leave. Small in room fridge not working.. etc.

Like the ambience, decoration & cleanliness. Loved breakfast food. Had dinner there food was amazing but little extra price.

The bed was not good. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom was okay but need to be more clear.
